In the event that you become aware of an unauthorized use or disclosure of any Corvette.Guru Confidential Information, you will promptly inform us and provide reasonable assistance in the investigation or prosecution of any such unauthorized use or disclosure.

You agree to hold Corvette.Guru’s Confidential Information in confidence during the term of this Agreement and for a period of four (4) years after termination of this Agreement. You agree that, unless required by law, you will not make Corvette.Guru’s Confidential Information available in any form to any third party or use Corvette.Guru Confidential Information for any purpose other than the implementation of this Agreement. If you are required by law to disclose Corvette.Guru’s Confidential Information, you will provide Corvette.Guru with reasonable notice of your intent to comply and provide all reasonable cooperation in assisting us to minimize the disclosure.

  1. Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. You may cancel your use of the Service at any time, for any reason by providing notice to Corvette.Guru by sending an email via the contact form at the bottom right of the home page. Corvette.Guru may, at any time and for any reason, terminate this Agreement. All notices to you shall be deemed effective on the first calendar day following the date of electronic mailing. In the event of termination, your account will be suspended and disabled and you may not be granted access to your account (if any) or any files or other content contained in your account (if any). If Corvette.Guru terminates your use of this Service because you have breached this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees that you have paid to Corvette.Guru. Sections of this Agreement relating to (1) your account, password and security, (2) disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability, (3) indemnification, (4) confidentiality and proprietary information, and (5) jurisdiction and choice of law, shall survive such termination, as well as any other provisions, which by their nature may survive such termination.

  1. Jurisdiction and Choice of Law

If for any reason a Dispute proceeds in court: (a) you agree that any such Dispute may only be instituted in a state or federal court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in Connecticut, USA.

The failure of Corvette.Guru to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and any of Corvette.Guru’s other policies posted on the Website constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). The time has come for the 1955 Corvette Roadster to be Restored

As you see and hear in the video, the family of Bob Doucette is truly a car-loving family and there are NO plans to sell the ’55 Corvette, now or in the future!

As noted in the superchevy.com article…

When Bob’s father passed away in 2004, Bob simply locked the doors and left the place as is, which included safe storage for his 1955 Corvette.

We entered a small living room, turned left into a kitchen and opened a door to a single-car garage, completely dark. Bob flipped the switch to an overhead garage light to reveal the back end of a partially covered 1955 Corvette.

The last time the 1955 Corvette was registered was in 1977 when it received its last Texas registration (you’ll see a photo of it in the photo gallery and in the video).

The family worked together to remove the Corvette from the garage where it has been stored all these years. The video is about 20 minutes in length so you may want to grab some popcorn and sit back and relax while you enjoy the video!

Bob mentions in the video that he bought a garage where he has the room to start his restoration of the 1955 Corvette Roaster. Can’t wait to see updated photos once the restoration is done! Enjoy!
